What type of service is included with on-site catering?

Accepted Answer

We will prepare all of the food fresh on-site with our custom grill trailer and serve your guests buffet-style. Our staff will handle all of the setup, service, and cleanup related to our trailer and buffet. We do not offer table service or provide wait staff.

How far will you travel for on-site catering?

Accepted Answer

We travel all over Central/Southern California and beyond. The first 50 miles of travel are free. If your event is farther than 50 miles away from our Goleta headquarters, a travel fee of $10 will be applied to every mile over the first 50. For example, if your event is 60 miles away, your travel fee will be $100.

What are the setup requirements for on-site catering?

Accepted Answer

We will need roughly 4 hours prior to serving time to set up our grill trailer and prepare the food. We require a mostly level, flat area of at least 30 feet by 20 feet to park the trailer and set up the buffet. Water and power hookups are not required.

Question 4

Do you provide drinks or desserts?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer drinks or desserts at this time. Our on-site catering menu is currently limited to freshly grilled chicken and/or tri-tip plus the various side dishes we have available.

Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Everything on our on-site catering menu is gluten-free except for our flour tortillas. While very limited, we do have vegetarian/vegan options available if necessary.

Question 6

Do you require a deposit for on-site catering?

Accepted Answer

A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your event.
